This is a celebration of local harvest, including all things cranberry. Foods, crafters, local artists, and more showcase the area’s rich heritage. As part of Cranberrian Fair activities, the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum in Ilwaco will host a variety of local artists offering handmade items. Demonstrations include, the Peninsula Rug Hookers, the Peninsula Quilt Guild, Blacksmith Gary Lewis and other artists. You can take a self-guided tour of cranberry harvesting or ride the Cranberry Trolley. Fair entrance includes full admission to the Museum’s exhibitions and the 1889 narrow gauge passenger car NAHCOTTA. Cranberrian Fair buttons are $5 and cover admission to all events at the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum, located at 115 Lake St. SE. in Ilwaco. It will be held from Oct. 12 - 13.
