Elkton Community Education Center's (ECEC) butterfly gardens and native plant park are the backdrop for this annual celebration. There’s something for everyone, including the scenic 5K Butterfly Run/Walk, craft vendors, live music, and more! Take a tour of historic Fort Umpqua and learn about the life cycle of native butterflies in the ECEC flight room. Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the patio or fresh baked goods and coffee drinks in the Outpost Cafe. Stroll through the gardens and find garden-themed gifts and plants for your own backyard habitat in our Gift Shop and Native Plant Nursery. It will be held on Saturday, June 23, starting at 9 a.m. at 15850 State Highway 38 W in Elkton. For more, visit elktonbutterflies.com.
